Where this work begins
This work begins in my own lived experience through the body, its cycles, and the ways it asks to be cared for. This path has been shaped through personal experience: navigating pain within my own body. As I began to find relief and reconnection to my body that was grounded in movement, plant medicine, and ancestral practice, I could hear the call to help bring recovery and care to others.
Plants have met me in seasons of physical pain, emotional unraveling, and periods of spiritual growth. In working with them, I’ve come to see them not only as medicine, but as allies, offering guidance, support, and a deeper sense of connection.
My deepest intention is to support a remembering, a reconnection between body and earth, rooted in care and devotion. I hold reverence for the reclamation of the feminine, and I’m here to support you as you find your way back to your own path.
Crafted with Intention
Every herbal remedy begins with care, each plant gathered with intention, every creation blessed by ritual.
Each plant is approached with reverence. Each flower is asked if the time is right before it is harvested. Songs are sung and blessings are spoken during cultivation, harvesting, and crafting.
Herbal Offerings
Crafted with various botanical plant allies, this floral and citrus-infused fragrance is intended to bless your aura and your space with purity and protection. This offering can be utilized in ritual, as an ancestral offering, or as a daily cleansing practice.
This simmer pot kit is intentionally crafted to bring prosperity and warmth to your stovetop. This kit includes rosemary, oranges, cinnamon sticks, cloves, bay leaves, and star anise. Simply add the ingredients to a pot on your stove with 2-3 cups of water and simmer on low.
